I like how tight it feels and I love how it holds me in so well. It feels good when I wear it. And it does what is says, causes you to sweat. Had it for a whole day and by the time I got home I was sweating. My only issue I have is that they dont go bigger than a 3x. Yes even tho i was able to get it on I would have still preferred a slightly bigger size because it is a tight fit. Anyone bigger than me a 3x wont do. I'm 5'7 1/2 and weight is 287 and all my weight is in my hips and butt and a littel on my tummy mainly lower tummy. (I posted a video of me not wearing it so people can see if a 3x would beabel to fit them. Because I could fit the 3x but i could go for a bigger size.
