They are an excellent source of protein especially since I've gone through gastric bypass and I have a problem getting my daily protein in one of those last me through the days till I get to my nighttime meal and I still meet my protein maximum that I need for the day. 360 lbs to 139!!!! Heck ya bring on my shakes.
