This is a great investment. I have a lot of scalp issues when it comes to using the combs in wigs. It's adjustable to the width of your choosing. The velcro helps it stay snug. I've worn it for 4 weeks daily for 8-hour workdays. I've had no issues with it. I adjusted my wig. I purchased 2 but doesn't seem like I'm going to need it because this one still fits like the first day I wore it.
