I started out with a soda stream and was frustrated with the experience of exchanging the CO2 canisters. Places were often out of stock and I couldn't order replacements online due to safety regulations. Pros: - This gets your water just as bubbly as a soda stream. - It's sturdy. - You can find CO2 chargers everywhere and stay stocked up rather than having to guess how much CO2 you have left. - Fits in your fridge so you have cold seltzer on demand. - I never measure the water I put in - I just fill it up and then pour a little out - so apparently filling it is easy and forgiving. Cons: - Takes about 15 minutes for the water to fully carbonate. - Can't really see how full the container is. - There are a few parts to keep track of but they seem sturdy and since you're just putting in water you never really have to worry about cleaning. - What am I going to do with all these little empty CO2 canisters?
