This stuff is incredible! This is my first and only Amazon review, but I promised myself that if this product worked I would write a review in hopes of helping someone else going through the nightmare we endured. We bought a home in Florida and weren't told about the family of rats living in the attic (I actually watched multiple adult-sized rats run down the side of my house one evening). Woke us up every night for weeks with their running, squeaking, fighting, etc. We proactively fought them for over a month and tried everything you can imagine. They wouldn't touch snap-traps, peanut butter, D-con, or anything of that nature, and we cut back every plant/tree near our house until we found that they were climbing the actual walls of the house. We even called professionals who gave up and said they couldn't help us. This bait was our last resort. Snapped on a rubber glove, threw about 2 lb of this sweet-smelling peanut butter flavored goodness throughout the attic, and within 2 days all activity completely ceased and nights became silent. Of course there was a foul smell that lingered for a little over a week (smelled like rotten diaper and forced us to sleep in the spare bedroom for a day or two), but in the end we couldn't be more pleased with this bait. It put an immediate end to our month long nightmares when nothing else would. Get the red unless you plan on leaving it out in the rain (the yellow is weatherproof but much weaker and species specific). Extremely effective, and solved the problem in just 2 days. Haven't heard a thing in the attic since. Best purchase from Amazon to date.
