My Selenite wand measures 8" in length and has triangular cross section at 1" width. Beautiful opaque white. Initially some splinters came off, but after that it stays intact. I was amazed that when I waved it over my friend, who knew practically nothing about crystal, kept saying he felt "peace". I felt peace as well. This wand looks humble, but it is actually very powerful.
