I have been using this product maybe 1-2x/wk after a shower (as intended). I am a fair skinned person (basically ivory) & the subtle glow this moisturizer gives me looks natural. I don't like tanning beds & am hesitant to try a spray tan. One thing I love is that this doesn't have a metallic, odd scent like most products similar to this do. Another thing is how GENIUS it is to apply it while your skin is damp; it goes on smoothly & easily! TIP FOR GIRLS or MEN WITH LONGER HAIR: try to secure your hair from dripping all over your body while you are applying the lotion; if you don't, the water runs along your body & leaves "water lines" (you can see where the water dripped down). Be sure to wash your hands immediately after - you don't want super bronze hands! The directions are perfectly clear - follow them, & you should have no problems.
