The tape itself works great, five stars for that. What I want to put "out there", though, is how to REMOVE this tape from carpeting. It comes off really, really easy if you know how. These directions are printed on the tape label, but who reads the label on a roll of tape? Fortunately my wife does. Anyway, the secret is using a hair dryer to warm the tape before trying to pull it up. We had several strips, about twelve inches in length, to remove earlier this morning and the hair dryer made ALL the difference. We held the 'business' end of the dryer about a half inch above the tape and warmed it for about thirty-seconds. Giving one end of the tape a little extra heat, we started rolling and lifting the tape from that end. Once we had enough tape to grab firmly, we were able pull off the rest in a single, long pull with ease. No residue, no nothing, left behind. Carpet was left looking perfect. This job would have taken hours without the hair dryer, and that's no exaggeration! Instead the whole job wound up taking about fifteen minutes. Hope this helps!
