This is the attachment that allows me to get into the tight spaces between and under furniture, along the edges of area rugs, behind the piano (maybe for the first time in 20 years!), and lots of other corners that exist in an old house. It has a very low, and a very narrow profile. True, it does flip over on itself once in a while when I'm moving it from one job to another, requiring a little twisting to get it into position, but it allows me to use a long handle and stand up to do jobs that formerly required me to get onto the floor and reach into the tight spaces. Downside? Too expensive. Update: I've had this accessory for almost a year and am upgrading my original 4-star rating to 5 stars. This is the tool I don't want to be without. It makes quick work of pie-shaped stair treads and the little space between cabinets and walls.
