Absolutely NOT a sports bra, I don't know why they advertise it as such. It is a soft, stretchy, lounge bra and if you accelerated from a saunter to a trot, your bosom would leap out of the garment. However, as a mature, full 34DDD with a medium torso, it is the best fitting, most flattering, gently supportive "around the house" bralette I've found (and I've tried dozens). There are padded inserts that I threw away, I prefer a natural look. This bralette lets me get as close to toplessness as I can get, and I love it.
