this was my LAST RESORT before making an appointment at the dermatologist. I am always looking for a way to not only clear up my skin but keep it clear. I believe I suffer from hormonal acne. I have tried gallons of water, every acne product including Proactive some stuff worked some did not but at the end of the day THIS IS MY HERO. I did some research on VITAMIN A and and it is #1 and #2 on the list of vitamins to cure acne and acne scars next to ZINC. it has only been about 1 or 2 weeks since I started taking the product,but my skin is close to flawless. I AM SHOCKED. seriously. this is DEFINITELY not a fake review. I am already beautiful but I used to wake up and put on a little foundation, a little concealer, setting powder to feel comfortable going out now I am showering and getting dressed and I am gone! of course lip gloss and lashes but that is it! I pray this continues to work because I will be including it in my diet for the rest of my life, of course tapering down in the future but this is what Ive been doing... week 1 -4 Vitamin A tabs in the am and pm (with food) week 2 -4 tabs in the am 2 probiotics and I will probably continue with this regimen for awhile will be ordering more very soon. thank you
