I grew up in England, where fountain pens are much more common. Living in America now, I've often found myself missing writing with fountain pens, so when I found out that the Varsity pens were so affordable, I instantly searched for them on Amazon and made the purchase. I am happy to say that I am not disappointed at all! They are great little pens that write smoothly right out of the package, and feel very comfortable in the hand. I even noticed that my 'old hand-writing' even came back, and I've been finding excuses to write things just because I get a genuine joy from writing with a 'real' pen! The varsity pens are just plain awesome. They bring joy back to writing, and are obviously made with high-standards. I highly recommend them, even over some that are quadruple the price!
