Bought for patients to try before they buy. My first choice for cervical traction outside of the clinic. Be sure you face the door not away from the door with head tipped slightly forward. Also with the light weight of 15-20# you can gently and just slightly turn your head side to side for a minute or so then back to static for couple minutes then back to turning again and so on. That you can’t do with clinic table or Saunders unit. Maybe about 15 minutes total.
