Very comfortable. My entire back feels better. Fits snuggly on my chairs. I tend to have upper back issues, but the good lumbar support afforded by this cushion put me in much better posture and prevented the discomfort I felt from many chairs with poor support. I didn’t use it in my car but I have a similar cushion that I bought an auto supply store so I’m sure it would work well too.
