Peace of Mind I started testing noise cancellation head phones in hopes to sound out my neighbor's dog. I have a condition where certain sounds I hear are amplified and quite annoying. I didn't want to spend $300+ for a pair, so the search began. I own a couple of other pairs of noise cancellation head phones and earbuds that are awesome, but after a while they do start to hurt. 30 of Hours Playtime AMAZING!!! I am impressed how the Cowin E7 Pro handles the bass, mids and highs. The sounds is clear and the bass is heavy, even at the MAX level, they sound great. I prefer a deep bass and the E7 Pro didn't hold back in this area either. The E7 sounded out the dog and they are comfortable and light enough to wear for a long time for travel and gaming, etc... Oh yeah, the built-in MIC is great for gaming. My buddies say I sound clear and they sound like they are right there.... kinda freaky! The price is also what caught my eye on the E7 Pro compared to the other brands out there in the same price range. I felt Cowin focused on what's important for me: the comfort of the head phones around the ear and the long play time of 30 hours. :) These head phones look really nice. I showed a couple of people at work, and they are buying a pair for themselves. I had a little issue with how they fit on me. I shave my head and though everything sounded great, I would have liked them to be a little tighter. I contacted Cowin and they asked me to send an email to support to see if they had any suggestions on how to correct the fit. Granted, my wife said they fit fine and so did my buddies. They all happen to have full heads of hair. Cowin responded back in 2 days with a coupon to purchase another pair of headphones that would hopefully correct the fit issue for me. Support at Cowin were very helpful and wanted to ensure I had the best experience with their products as possible. They explained in the response that the product was under a warranty and they would replace it to make sure I was satisfied.
