I wasn’t sure when I looked at the reviews so I gave it a try. It turned out great. Easy to take apart for clean up. One scoop of the sugar makes a big ball of cotton candy. I read some reviews stating that the cotton candy melts quick. I kept it a little distance from the heated spinner so I didn’t have any problems. It’s a pretty good machine with that price.
