Every possible accessory to hang from the ceiling or a wall is provided. Mine is attached directly into a 2x10 joist, just over eight feet off the floor. The flooring, by the way, is from American Floor Mats. Great stuff, too. The gloves are too small for me -- but they'll fit my wife's little hands. The bag may be lighter than you expect, but it's a great weight, IMHO, that helps protect wrists, toes and fingers. If you want to floor anchor it, there's a bottom tether. So far, I really like it!
