I was a little skeptical buying a bench in this price range, but I'm happy I did. It only took about 5 mins to put together, it comes mostly assembled already. You just have to bolt the legs on. So definitely don't waste the money paying for "expert assembly" if it's offered. Even the tools (small wrenches) are included. Once put together this thing feels solid as a rock! I'm 6' and around 190lbs. By no means a power lifter, but throw some decent weight around and have never questioned this things stability. There's no wobble or any other undesirable movement that may occur while lifting. That goes for all of its positions, flat, decline, and incline. I see absolutely no need to spend twice as much for any other similar bench. If you're on the fence about which one to get and this one is one of your options, just do yourself a favor and get it.
