pleasantly surprised!
WOW! did not think the quality of this item would be so good being its so cheap. I put a quarter next to the shadow for comparison. not too pigmented but definitely able to build up to the color you want. would definitely buy again. and I wasn't suppose to receive this for over a month and I got it within a week! super happy.
