Please read carefully. My measurements are as follow: 5' tall. 135lbs. Waist = 28inches Hips = 39 inches. I purchased the MEDIUM and it was TOO LARGE. The length isn't an issue with these leggings - the leggings are short people friendly. But for a true nice fit, then a SMALL is the correct size. I've kept the MEDIUM for "those days" and also purchased the SMALL - which fit perfect. Please please please - when you're leaving a review for clothing, we don't care about your "feelings". Just give us your measurements, the size you purchased, and tell us how it fit.
