I can't get enough of this Terrasoul Cacao butter!! I ordered this originally by the suggestion of a vlog that I follow about healthful eating and have been using it everyday since I purchased my first bag of it a little over a month ago (I just purchased my second bag). This is raw, non-deodorized cacao butter so the aroma is mouth watering-- imagine the smells of a chocolate crafting shop! Although, don't be fooled, it doesn't taste quite like you would expect without manipulation and some other ingredients. The label claims you could use it in cosmetic making, but it you do, be prepared for people to want to lick you! I use about a tablespoon-ish (20g) of it in my bulletproof coffee every morning and it really gives my coffee a decadence just like the coffee house lattes but without the dairy! I can't wait to play with it in more recipes! My Bulletproof Coffee Recipe: -Brew 1 Cup of your usual morning coffee -1 TBSP Terrasoul Raw Cocao Butter -1 TBSP MCT Oil (or Unrefined Coconut Oil) -1 TBSP pureed pumpkin (Optional) -1 dropper full of liquid Stevia -Dash of Vanilla Extract -Pinch of salt -Blend in your personal size blender for 30 secs -Add 1 serving Grass Fed Collagen Supplement Powder -Blend Again for about 10 seconds -Enjoy! I didn't know this before purchasing but raw cacao butter contains high levels of magnesium, although the nutritional label does not list it. However, in the past I have used magnesium supplements for my stress, anxiety and headaches and since using this product for the past month and looking back I can honestly say I haven't had a single headache and my anxiety is at a very low/manageable level. So this was just icing on the cake for me!! I'm a raw cocao butter believer and will definitely continue to purchase and use it. The raw cacao butter comes in a lined and resealable bag and is broken into off-whiteish chunks. It is suppose to contain 680g of product, so when I weighed it on my scale it measure 710g (including the bag weight) -see attached picture. A serving size is 1 TBSP or 20g (see attached photo) and is suppose to contain about 35 servings which is pretty accurate considering 1 bag lasted me about a month of everyday use.
