I have been having generalized lower back pain that really started to get my attention in a bad way in March while working from home and sitting in strange spaces with bad posture. 6 months later and it was starting to bother me almost every time I sat down anywhere with less than perfect posture. I purchased this on recommendation of a friend who had glowing reviews and I must say this did not disappoint. I liked it so much I bought a 2nd one for my car. Then I realized I was having to pick it up with me and bring it everywhere I went. So I got a third. One stays in my office, one in my car, and one at home. I may be tempted to buy a 4th so I don't even have to carry it up and down the stairs in my house.
