Update the firmware before you send them back!
**Firmware update is required before use**
I preordered these and out of the box they were TERRIBLE. I read online to update the firmware so I downloaded the software from Turtle Beach on my computer, plugged these in, and sure enough it needed an update. Now they’ve been working flawlessly. These went from 1/5 stars from 5/5 for me. Will update if I have any other issues.
