As far a back hair goes, I am a full coated Chewbacca on holiday at Casa de Hoth. I just got the bakblade yesterday. I used it dry, like a Tuskan Raider would, a Tatooine kind of dry. I could see a very tender Ewok getting some mild irritation using it dry. Regardless, I am impressed. it doesn't hurt like waxing. It costs less than a long night at the Mos Eisley Cantina .
