I bought this bed in March and the Wife and I have used it several times. The last few days or so it began not holding air all the way through the night which was strange to us. It had never had an issue before fills up fast with the built in pump. very comfortable and we look forward to sleeping on it. Today as I write this I reached out to the seller about the warranty. I expected the usuall run around and at least a week to get a response. Instead I was surprised to get an email within an hour asking for the order number. within a couple hours they are sending a new bed out and not charging me shipping nor did they require the old bed back. I would recommend this bed and this seller to anyone and everyone and this was not a paid review.
