I have seen the Clapper commercials since I was a kid and swore I would never purchase one. My father is vision impaired and needed lighting to get out of bed at night. He couldn't find the lamp switch and I didn't want him attempting to walk to the wall switch in the dark. I remembered the Clapper and thought I would give it a try. In less than five minutes I had it installed and it worked right out of the box. My father can now safely get in and out of his bed with the lights on simply by clapping his hands. I should have given this product more credit - it's changed my father's life for the better.
