As a chronically ill older person who is also suffering from back pain, I decided to order this Shiatsu back massage cushion and I am SO glad I did! It is really helping me with pain and stiffness in my back and just feels so soothing. It gently and yet effectively massages and I didn't even need the extra flap that comes with it for extra sensitive backs. I just put on some beautiful music (the music in the video is public domain) and sit on the chair pad and enjoy a relaxing massage that just really helps to work out the stiffness and knots. I really can't afford professional massages and this product is the next best thing! It's quiet and effective!
