I am not the type of person who could simply pack clothes for an exact occasion or day. I am one of those persons who will look awesome in an outfit (the night before the trip) and the very next day the outfit fits like blahhh!!! So, therefore, I pack clothes for JUST IN CASE!!! Just in case I wake up and may have gained additional pounds just by thinking of foods throughout the night. These packing cubes gave me life! When I first received them I wondered how the heck I was going to fit all my clothes in these small bags. I went on YouTube and watched a few videos on how to place my clothes in the cubes. I tried rolling at first but that left me with a few needed outfits still on my bed, so I ironed everything and folded the items and placed them in the bags lengthwise of the cubes. I went on the 7-day Fantastic Voyage Cruise with Tom Joyner, which had a theme for every night. I was able to fit a mixture of 2- jeans, 5-shorts,2-dress pants in the largest cube, 14-shirts & 2-dresses in the 2nd largest cube, 2, bathing suits, 5-cover-ups, 2-PJ sets & 2-sundresses in the 3rd largest cube, 7-pairs of sandals in the next to the smallest cube & 21-panties + 8-bras in the smallest cube. My girlfriends had never heard of the cubes, but when I unpacked and we all counted the items in each cube they were delighted and vowed they would be cube patrons from this point forward! I did not wear all the clothes that were taken, but I enjoyed having the freedom of choices available to me. I may have overpacked just a tad bit because I see tiny rips on some of the edges of the cubes, but they are still in good condition. I will be passing my current cubes down to my daughter and I will get a sturdier set for my overpacking dilemmas (LOL). I hope you found this review and pictures helpful and also I must add that in my suitcase I was able to add two pairs of boots, a couple pairs of wedge sandals and a pair of tennis shoes and I was still at a weight of (49) at the airport! I am forever a packing cube QUEEN from this day forward!
