I use this in my vegan fried eggs. The recipe link is provided below. Vegan egg salad, and all of my baked goods in place of the salt in the recipe. It is an amazing egg flavor. Someone suggested replacing it with salt recommended in baking to add that egg flavor... and it's amazing in that too!!
