I am 46 year olds, 5'5 & 190lbs. I wear an XL or Large top - depending on cut. I can wear an 8/10 in pants - but these are low cut so they sit below my belly (two kids). I do have a belly. I wear a 38DD bra and it's borderline. Some bras there's not quite enough room in the cups ... so I have to choose carefully there. I generally try to find a minimizer that controls back fat - cause you know - I have those needs! I am not a skinny-minny by any means - still very thick around the mid-section and it's jello like after losing 100lbs. I look down and my stomach still sticks out as far as the boobs that are sagging and resting on it. :( Anyway - with all the body sag I don't leave the house without something trying to hold something in. In the past I have bought mainly Fleexes brand shapers. I have the x-firm tanks that look like tees. And I have the body shapers like this one - but you wear you own bra. And I like them. I have been happy with them over the years. But I needed to try to find something that was one piece that I could wear under a diving suit that would give me support and also look like a swimsuit. And I ran across this. Let me say up front that I was worried about an all-in-one fitting right. It arrived today and I am THRILLED. I ordered my bra size 38DD. I've never had a shaper work better. This one is surprisingly thin compared to Fleexes. I have NO panty line in this. Yet it holds everything in! And get this - the bra fits better than my regular bras!! WHOOHOOO!!! I could wear this comfortably all day long without wanting to get it off. With my other shapers I'm ready to strip down when I get home. I love this shaper! I am ordering more TODAY. Worth every penny. Note: I read other reviews that said this was hard to get on. I had no problem. It's tight like any body shaper. You step into it and wiggle it over your hips and on up. Kinda like wiggling into panty hose; a bit at a time.
