I pre-ordered the iOttie Easy One Touch 2 direct from iOttie and got it quickly after it was released. I was not very happy with the mount and planned to return it. Before I could do that, I got a phone call from an iOttie associate that informed me about manufacturing problems with the Easy One Touch 2 and that they would send me a new one after the problems were resolved. iOttie promised and delivered and I now have an updated AND working mount, and I did not have the send back the original mount. This is a great example of excellent customer service and a company that stands behind their product. I would not hesitate to order another iOttie product. I do understand that I pre-ordered and sometimes there are problems that get worked out. What was surprising was that iOttie acknowledged the problems, fixed them and then sent me a new one without me having to ask. Again, excellent customer service!
