I read a lot of review before i bought this product. A lot of the reviews were about how much people sweat. thanks, but that did not help me. i wanted to know if it burned inches, and it does. I bought this product 3 months ago, and before i wrote a review i wanted to make sure that it worked. In the last 3 months i lost 3" in my stomach, and 1 1/2 inches in my waist. This is not an overnight fix. before the stay at home order i was wearing this 4 times a week during my cardio exercise at the gym (i lost more inches). after stay at home order I wear it 2-3 times a week. I'm losing less inches, but it's still works. Lastly, i recommend wearing this over your shirt if your skin is sensitive.
