I can't believe I am saying this, but the results of this product are excellent. After taking it for about 6 weeks, on the recommendation of my hairdresser and confirming with my doctor, I have new hair growth, and my nails are harder and growing faster than ever. And, I notice that my skin, especially on my face, is smoother than it's been in ages. I was skeptical when my hairdresser suggested Biotin for my hair which had begun to thin, attributed to stress from being cooped up during Covid, not being able to go visit my children in another state, and dealing with my husband's hospitalization. Did I have stress - oh yeah! But now at least my hair is not thinning anymore (in fact, I have new growth and it's getting thicker again), and someday this Covid situation, travel ban, and husband's condition will improve. Any dislikes? Well, my nails are growing so fast and are now so much harder, it's a chore to keep up with trimming them. :)
