Positive Results PLUS 4th Update 1-9-2016
I started taking this in very early February. Used this a lot back in my 30's when I was working out with free weights. Included in a regimen with other supplements it was inconclusive whether it really helped but I did obtain solid (though not "ripped") lean muscles and was in great shape. I'm 58 now and on disability - I get very little exercise and kept gaining weight despite eating once a day and small portions. However I have noticed since taking this faithfully at night with kelp and other stuff. It does not seem to keep me awake. Over the last few weeks I have noticed my pants sliding down. So I believe that yes, it has helped me lose a few pounds and maybe up to 2 inches on my waist. I have bought some resistance bands and plan on starting them very soon. I really think too gain any weight loss with this supplement is an individual thing. Yes, you might benefit from it - don't see the harm in trying a bottle and see what happens. It's a reasonable price so I will be a repeat buyer for sure. UPDATE: After taking this every day with a Kelp supplement after targeting my biggest meal of the day: Over four months ago my doctor weighed me at 214 pounds. About two weeks ago by accident I noticed myself fitting into pants two waist sizes smaller from 40-38. I did add a magnesium supplement about a month ago (no mega dose) - I do take other supplements but after researching I do believe over time this product has definitely me lose weight but will it help you? If you will compromise a little bit on your diet and take this after your fattest/biggest meal of the day - I went into the doctors office last week on August 7, 2014 and guess what? I had lost 16 pounds in about four months from 214 to 198. No working out, no running etc just a little bit here and there on the diet - nothing major at all. UPDATE #2 Just completed moving recently and we ate out a lot (junk crap) and really got off our routines especially my supplement routines. I can tell you this I am now able to fit (just barely) into some size 36 pants which are a little snug on the tummy but I can zip them and button them. I'll update this again in a few months - I really think I'd be in a size 36 easy if not for the move. UPDATE #3 October 29, 2014: We've gotten back into a more routine pattern again from our move. I am drinking more water and very little sweet tea which I did a lot of before our move. However, I have reduced meal portions (and no bird portions either - but am snacking quite a bit)and am NOW DOWN to 184.7 pounds and darn near into size 34 pants. Yes, I believe this product can help folks out - again, take with your biggest meal of the day (later p.m. seems best) and try to cut back on sweet tea or colas (which, yeah, I still drink but about 1/3 less and not diet ones, either) 4th UPDATE: January 9, 2016: Still taking this with Kelp (for iodine) and my other supplements. About 10 days ago I managed to get into an old pair of pants - size 34. I eat little red meat, drink few sodas, eat more pork & chicken than anything. Yes, have a little bacon and processed foods but in moderation. I seem to be fighting the 34/35 waist battle. I think if I cut out those doggone Little Debbie type snacks and drank more water, even a glass or two, I could make 34 a big win. I exercise very little and no doubt if my chronic pain levels were reduced - walking could probably help as well. Someone commented about magnesium supplements. Yeah, I do that as well as noted earlier. FOLKS: I urge you to read up on supplements and make good choices. Folic acid, Vitamin E (Natural only) are great for your heart. I'm staring 60 in the face in August. Zinc, Vitamin D-3 and Calcium are among good choices for me because I'm not great at a "real" balanced diet and I'm an aging male who hates to spend money on health-care. I try very hard to NOT early poorly frequently, in other words no regular fast foods, no regular red meat but once or twice a month we have chili (lean ground) and beef stew. Feel like you're making the decisions not a diet, not your spouse or anyone else - just you! This is a long term process not an instant gratification in a few weeks but with better decisions in your diet and routines I am convinced this product will help you. God Bless You and good luck! One thing, though, you must be religious about using this every day within a couple of hours at the same time - I do mine a few hours before bedtime and I take the kelp (iodine)supplement that's on Amazon at the same time (it's like $5.99 - made by Natures Way - has 180 capsules and 600 mgs.) And folks with thyroid issues should check with their doc before taking the kelp/iodine supplement. Best regards and good luck to all!
