I purchased this band when the original watch band (alligator stamped leather) broke. This alligator band appears to be well made and was easy to install and fit perfectly. The band is approximately the same length as the original, is comfortable and does not need a break-in period. It came with the SS buckle installed and included a brass colored buckle. Since the watch I use this band for has a SS case, I kept the SS buckle that was installed. Because of the EZ change band, I am thinking of ordering another band in a different color.
