I LOVE this stuff. It helps with my mood tremendously, especially around that particular time of the month when every girl's hormones start to get a little funky, causing irritable mood shifts. This keeps me perky, stress free and brings me mental clarity that way I can tackle life's daily stresses more rationally. I actually replaced my anti depressant with this. I wouldn't recommend doing this without first talking to your psychiatrist or doctor, but I was looking for something more holistic that wouldn't come with other unwanted side effects like would come with my anti depressant. This is a miracle vitamin.
