At first I didn't love this product. At first I didn't even like this product when I saw it. I second guessed buying it based on some of the negative reviews..but being a person with a good eye I went with my gutt. As many have said...when I first got the pillow it appeared cheap and scraggly... (and it's not white) true.... but what I did was took a brush and started brushing it softly like it was my cat. The difference and result was amazing. I'm very happy with it. See before and after pictures. The pillow is super cute after you brush it and it actually looks whiter once it's brushed out. For the price I'd buy it again in another color if I needed to.
