Absolutely wonderful product. I was gifted a keurig a few years ago and if finally died recently. In my search for a replacement I came across this product at a super discounted price in comparison. I did not need anything fancy as the keurig I had was the most basic one and served me well. This product does exactly what it says it will do and performs wonderfully. The only reason it gets 4 stars instead of 5 from me is because there's no measuring indication to follow for filling with water. It must be measured first and then poured in. Also, I fine that almost all of my coffee mugs, although they do fit, require me to adjust the drip tray out a bit. Overall, this is an excellent appliance and I look forward to years of deliciously hot coffee. *also, another reviewer mentioned pushing down on the k-cup by hand to puncture the bottom before closing the lid and that has worked out nicely for me.
