I'm writing this after using the unit for a little over a year. I go through spells of using the table, usually when my knees start giving me trouble. After using the table for 5 to 15 minutes for a few days my knees always feel better---my theory-it's just stretching the bones in the knee apart and letting a little "juice" in between them. This is the reason I bought this in the first place. The table works just fine, no complaints for basic design. Only negative I can find is the Foam Roller that locks the foot in when you are in a reclined position. Both of mine are tearing apart from the pressure of my feet against them. If you hang barefoot, they can be uncomfortable--high top shoes make it better. Could use a better design. I have written (today) to Innova requesting replacements for the 2 form rollers, let's see what they say. ************************* Update, received an email from Innova the SAME day I wrote them and discussed the problem with the rollers. They are sending a replacement set, already gave me a shipping number. I appreciate, as most of us do, responsive service which is so lacking in today's world..
