If I could give this product 10 stars, I would. I had been getting Brazilian Blowouts (BB) in a salon for years at $200 per treatment. After BB stopped using formaldehyde, their treatments were basically useless...lasted less than one month. This product is fantastic! It contains formaldehyde, so use with adequate ventilation. It works WAY better and lasts WAY longer than the professional treatments. I can't begin to tell you how happy I am and how much money this saves me! I waited to write a review until I had gone through 2 complete cycles with this product (I'm now ready to apply it for the 3rd time). I wanted to make sure that it didn't just work well initially and would last. I'm happy to report that it lasts between 4 and 6 months. It all depends on how fast your hair grows. The treated part of your hair is still fine, but all the roots all over your head grow out curly/frizzy, so your hair starts to look bad again. I can't say enough good things about this product. It is probably my single favorite Amazon purchase of all time, and I buy lots of stuff!
