I eat whole food plant based and everything I eat I make from scratch. A lot of my recipe's call for fresh lime or lemon. I should have gotten this 6 months ago. I'm using fewer limes and lemons because I can get so much more out of them using this squeezer. It is sturdy. The limes go face down on the green part for a good squeeze and then lemons go face down on the yellow side. How did I get to my age and not know they go face down? Guess it helps to read directions. I hand wash this.
