The red sticker
I was ready to send it back, when I unrolled it from the package it was a pathetic looking pillow that was a scam. BUT wait, the little red sticker that says put it in the dryer for 15 minutes. So, I put it in the dryer and holy cow a pillow and it is very comfortable I would recommend this pillow to anyone.
