My plantar fasciitis pain is in my heel. Most products target the middle of the foot, so didn't work for me. So, I was skeptical about this product. But wow! It really does work. My workouts no longer cause heel pain, and when I'm on my feet all day the pain is significantly less than before I started using it. I also have ankle pain due to a childhood injury and frequently require a wrap or Ace Bandage. This sock, as an added bonus, gives my ankle some extra support, and the compression helps with that pain as well. I also love the spiky massage ball that was included on my package. I highly recommend.
