We purchased this stepper to provide us with an indoor alternative to walking in the icy winter conditions of northern New England. We had been very satisfied with how it worked for us. Until... The cable that operates the stepping motion of the pistols broke. I contacted the manufacturer by e-mail and promptly received a personal response from a customer service reply the name of Andrea. She answered, via e-mail, all of my questions and I was able to place an order for replacement cables. I d I did order more than one just to be on the safe side. Andrea followed up with me during each step of the order fulfillment process. In a timely manner I received the cables and was able to quickly, and without complication, install a cable within 15 minutes time. The stepper is now working as good as new. Thanks to the excellent service provided by Andrea.
