Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I've had this product for a couple of months and loved it. Like some of the other people that have left reviews, I too had issues with how hard it was to adjust the legs...but I lived with it. It wasn't THAT bad, just wasn't as "easy" as the product page suggested. Anyway, last week I went to adjust both legs at the same time (a task I've done successfully multiple times before) and both legs just snapped off in my hands! I reached out to the company and they expressed their surprise and replaced it for free right away. It was a positive customer experience and they really went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. Since then, the replacement product has been a dream. I literally use it every day.
