There's a lot of potential here and I think, once I master the machine, it will be truly useful. It's a bit awkward starting out (that's probably me and not the machine) and I'm anticipating a small learning window. I like the variety of attachments and accessories. My only complaint is the packaging. It was definitely lacking and didn't support the product properly. One of my attachments arrived broken. It's still useable, so I didn't send it back, but it's the fact that this could've been avoided with better packaging.
