I purchased this neck roll to help with my treatment my for my neck. My chiropractor has me on a routine of elastic neck stroop exercises. I did them intermittently. At night, I remove my pillow and only used this for about three months now. My chiropractor is amazed at my progress and how well my curvature on my cervical region has improved. My X rays proved it. I highly recommend this for anyone doing a similar treatment. Essentially you are doing the exercises passively for hours instead of just minutes.
