I wasn't sure what the think of them when they arrived. They're in capsules so there wasn't any smell or taste when I took them. I drink about 80+ Oz of water a day and eat fairly clean, but it's not strict. I had fast food with friends and my regular dinner and it helped digest it all. Not to get too graphic, but it made going to the restroom easy, but not urgent. I've already recommending it to all my friends and they are happy with their results too.
