We initially bought this to take with us when we go on bike rides with our dog. It’s super convenient to just slip in our backpack without having to carry a separate bowl. We love how the remaining water can drain right back into the bottle so there’s no waste and the water lasts longer! We’ve now started bringing it with us whenever we take the dog out anywhere and it’s been great peace of mind to know we always have fresh water for him to drink without relying on finding a dog fountain or dog-friendly establishment to provide it for him. We have an 85-pound Belgian Malinois and the big bottle provides him enough water for our outings. If we expect to be out with him for an extended period of time, we’ll bring an extra bottle of water to refill his pupflask :)
