I purchased this product for my 12 year old Pekingese. He was having symptoms that led to us concluding he has Cushing’s disease, which causes urinary problems. He kept getting UTI’s, causing me to spend so much on antibiotics trying to treat them. So that’s why I purchased this item. It cleared up his last UTI in 3 days, and he hasn’t had one since. He’s back to his playful self. He will not eat this alone. I have to crumble it in with his wet food or hide it in a treat. It’s fairly easy to break up.
